    over the next five years [1] (free registration and cookie required).
    Bill Joy of Sun Microsystems provided the headline-grabbing sound
    byte: "What we need to create is a Silicon Continent, not just Sil-
    icon Valley." If we do it'll put Siliconia [2] right out of business.
